About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at a busy golf resort in Abergele. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfasts and lunches for resort guests, members, and visitors, ensuring excellent food standards and customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menus to a high standard.
  
  
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served promptly.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment.
  
  
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  
  
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and storage.
  
  
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
  
  
• Support the wider kitchen team as required.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous chef or kitchen experience is desirable.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
  
  
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
  
  
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent food and service.
  
  
• Must be available for an immediate start.
